Universal Transportation Systems provides non-emergency medical, student, elderly services, and work program transportation. We transport about 2600 clients, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year throughout southwest Ohio.

Our drivers maintain a high quality of reliability and on-time performance, while exhibiting an exemplary level of safety and remaining sensitive to client needs. We carefully scrutinize all drivers through a stringent screening process which includes a thorough check of police and driving records, as well as a personal background check.

Drivers are taught by our own licensed, behind-the-wheel training staff. They are required to undergo annual physical examinations in such areas as vision, hearing and physical stamina. Drivers routinely attend all major safety seminars and monthly in-house safety meetings.
