UTS's long time President Tom Burer has retired from UTS effective September 1, 2011. Mr. Burer no longer holds any direct stake in the company and all management responsibility has been transferred to Carolyn Burer, who has become UTS's president.

Carolyn Burer has been with UTS for more than 20 years. During this time she has held nearly every position in the company, from driver to executive vice president. She is eminently qualified to lead the company and has the support of an experienced management team as well as UTS's 200 plus employees.

Under Carolyn's leadership, UTS looks forward to continuing its long tradition of serving the transportation needs of Ohio's elderly, disabled and school age populations, as well as continued dynamic growth in its business.
